(*) On February 2nd 2011, SCOR successfully placed CHF 400 million perpetual subordinated notes. On May 11th 2011, SCOR successfully reopens its existing Swiss franc market perpetual subordinated notes placement by issuing an additional amount of CHF 225 million. This debt has been left opened and closed finally at CHF 250 million.
